This research evaluates the effectiveness of a specialized mobile application that integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and related features to support individuals with eating disorders. Using a questionnaire, data was gathered on participants’ preferred coping methods and compared them with the app’s features. Results showed strong alignment between user preferences and the app’s offerings, indicating its potential effectiveness. The study underscores the promise of tech-based interventions in enhancing mental well-being and encouraging positive behavioral change.
